ATARASHI Goes to Sicily is an international music festival set against the stunning backdrop of the Strait of Messina. The event brings together world-class electronic music, premium food and beverage, and a curated guest experience — designed to deliver something far beyond a standard night out.

Venue — Arena Capo Peloro (formerly Sea Flight), Torre Faro, 98164 Messina (ME), Sicily — right on the shores of the Strait that separates the island from the mainland.
Times — doors open at 16:30, the festival runs until 00:30.

ATARASHI Goes to Sicily is a tech house event. The lineup for this edition features Seth Troxler b2b Marco Carola, Max Dean, Matteo Diop vs II Faces and Marco Ursino. Set times are listed in the Timetable section; artist bios are on the Lineup page.

Doors open at 16:30. The festival runs until 00:30. We recommend arriving early — the first act starts shortly after doors open and the venue reaches its best atmosphere well before midnight.

ATARASHI Goes to Sicily is an outdoor festival held along the waterfront at Torre Faro. Come prepared for a warm August evening in Sicily — it rarely disappoints.

ATARASHI is strictly an 18+ event. A valid photo ID is required at entry. No exceptions will be made at the door — please carry your ID with you at all times.

ATARASHI Goes to Sicily is the debut edition of the festival in Sicily. It is part of a broader international project rooted in music, culture and exceptional experiences.

ATARASHI Goes to Sicily is a capacity-controlled event with up to 9,000 attendees. Tickets are limited — once the event sells out, no further tickets will be available. Secure yours early.

The main event is on Sunday 2 August at Arena Capo Peloro. Around it there is a full ATARASHI weekend:

• Friday 31 July — La Punta Beach Club, Messina, and a private dinner at Bellavista Restaurant
• Saturday 1 August — Horizon Beach Club, Milazzo, with the Official Sunset Pre-Party

Tickets are available exclusively through TicketSMS. You can purchase your ticket from the ticket link on this site or from the link in our bio. There are no authorised third-party resellers: any ticket bought outside TicketSMS may be refused at entry, with no refund.

We offer three ticket categories to suit different preferences and budgets:

• General Admission — access to all main areas of the festival
• VIP — exclusive access to the VIP area, premium bar service, dedicated entry lane and additional benefits
• Backstage — exclusive backstage access, available via TicketSMS

Yes. A limited number of tickets may be available at the door on the day of the event. However, we strongly recommend purchasing in advance via TicketSMS — tickets are limited and the event may sell out before event day. Availability at the door is not guaranteed.

No. Tickets are strictly non-transferable and are linked to the purchaser's TicketSMS account. Resale of tickets is not permitted. Entry will be refused to anyone presenting a ticket that has been resold or transferred.

No. Tickets are non-transferable and linked to the purchaser's TicketSMS account. They cannot be gifted, transferred, or registered to a different person. Each guest must purchase their own ticket directly.

Log in to your TicketSMS account — your ticket will be stored there. If you experience any issues accessing your ticket, contact TicketSMS customer support directly before the event.

No. Your digital ticket via the TicketSMS app or your confirmation email is all you need. Make sure your battery is charged and your screen brightness is up when you arrive at entry.

Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of cancellation of the festival. In the unlikely event of cancellation or significant changes to the event, we will communicate directly with all ticket holders with full details.

You will need:

• Your ticket QR code (on your phone or printed)
• A valid photo ID (national ID card, passport or driving licence)
• Your Slesh account active and ready for cashless payments

We accept any government-issued photo ID: national identity card, passport, or driving licence. Digital copies are not accepted. Please carry a physical document or a certified digital ID where legally applicable.

Upon arrival, our entry team will scan your ticket QR code, verify your ID, and fit you with an ATARASHI wristband. Keep your wristband on for the duration of the event — it is your proof of entry and must be shown whenever required.

No. Re-entry is not permitted. Once you leave the festival, your wristband will be deactivated and you will not be able to re-enter. Please make sure you have everything you need before stepping out.

Yes. VIP and Backstage ticket holders have access to a dedicated priority entry lane with no general queue. We recommend arriving close to doors open regardless of your ticket type to make the most of the full event from the very first set.

There is no fixed last-entry cut-off time. However, we strongly recommend arriving within the first hour of doors opening to avoid missing any of the lineup and to make the most of the full festival experience.

ATARASHI Goes to Sicily takes place at Arena Capo Peloro (formerly Sea Flight), Torre Faro, 98164 Messina (ME). Published set times are the definitive schedule. In the rare event of a last-minute change, we will communicate immediately via Instagram and our WhatsApp community. We recommend joining the ATARASHI WhatsApp community before event day so you receive any updates in real time.

In the rare event of a replacement, ATARASHI will announce the change immediately through its official channels. Lineup changes do not entitle you to a refund, unless the entire event is cancelled.

No, there is no live stream for this edition. ATARASHI Goes to Sicily is designed as an exclusive, in-person experience.

Slesh is the official cashless payment platform for ATARASHI Goes to Sicily. All purchases inside the festival — drinks, food, merchandise — are made through Slesh. Parking passes for official ATARASHI parking areas are also purchased via Slesh. Event tickets, however, are sold separately through TicketSMS. Full details on the Cashless page.

Download the Slesh app, create your account and link a payment method before you arrive at the festival. We strongly recommend doing this at home — you'll save time at the entrance and on your first purchase.

Yes. Top-up stations are available throughout the venue and accept card or cash. However, loading credit at home in advance (from €10 to €150) is quicker and means you can start enjoying the festival from the moment you walk in.

ATARASHI is a cashless event. All purchases at bars, food stands and merchandise points are processed via Slesh only. Cash is not accepted inside the venue, and ATM access is not guaranteed on-site, so please ensure your Slesh account is loaded before you arrive.

Any unused credit can be refunded: request it directly in the Slesh app between 3 and 17 August. Refunds are processed within 21 business days of the window closing. A €0.50 fee applies and the minimum refundable amount is €1. Full details on the Cashless page.

We strongly recommend charging your phone fully before the event and bringing a power bank. Your NFC wristband works offline too, with no connection needed. Slesh support staff will be available on-site to assist with any account issues — cashless is the only payment method available, so please come prepared.

Your credit is linked to your account in the Slesh app, not just to the wristband, so it stays safe. Go to the info point or any cashless station on site and our staff will help you.

Each Slesh account is individual. For the best experience, we recommend that every attendee sets up their own account in advance.

Yes. ATARASHI provides three official parking areas, all within walking distance of the festival entrance. Parking passes must be purchased in advance through Slesh. All official parking areas are monitored by professional security staff throughout the event.

There are three official parking areas:

• Via Torre Bianca — closest parking (~3 min walk), Via Torre Bianca, 98164 Messina (ME). Important: vehicles must enter and be parked before 17:00; access is not permitted after this time. Vehicle exit is available from 00:30 onwards.
• Via Pozzo Giudeo — official parking (~8 min walk), Via Pozzo Giudeo, 98164 Torre Faro (ME). No access restrictions.
• Via Circuito — official parking (~12 min walk), Via Circuito 171, 98164 Torre Faro (ME). No access restrictions.

Yes. Parking passes must be purchased in advance through Slesh. Walk-up parking without a pass is not guaranteed and spaces are limited — we strongly recommend booking your spot before the event.

All three official ATARASHI parking areas are monitored by professional security staff throughout the entire duration of the event. Only use designated official parking areas — do not leave your vehicle in unofficial or unmonitored locations.

Via Torre Bianca is the closest parking area to the venue but has a strict access cut-off at 17:00. If you arrive after this time, please use Via Pozzo Giudeo or Via Circuito instead. Both are clearly signposted and within comfortable walking distance.

Vehicles parked at Via Torre Bianca can exit from 00:30 onwards. Please plan your departure accordingly.

There is no dedicated drop-off zone at the venue. We recommend using the official parking areas and walking to the entrance. Do not stop or park on the roadside near the venue — you will be redirected by event staff.

Torre Faro is located at the very tip of Sicily, approximately 14 km from Messina city centre. Your main options:

• By car — take the A18 motorway and exit at Messina Nord, then follow signs for Torre Faro / Capo Peloro. Use one of the three official parking areas.
• From Catania (nearest major airport, ~90 min) — take the A18 north towards Messina and exit at Messina Nord. Taxi and hire car services are available at Catania Fontanarossa Airport.
• From Palermo (~3 hours) — take the A19 towards Catania, then connect to the A18 north and exit at Messina Nord.
• From the mainland — ferries connect Villa San Giovanni (Reggio Calabria) to Messina; from Messina port, Torre Faro is approximately 20 minutes by car.

Yes. Navette (shuttle buses) operated by ATM Messina run from Messina city centre to Torre Faro during the event. Check the ATM Messina website (atmmessina.it) for the latest timetables, stop locations and any event-day service updates. We recommend checking schedules in advance — late-night return services may have limited frequency.

Taxi services are available from Messina city centre and the main train station. We recommend pre-booking your return taxi given that demand will be high after the event. Rideshare apps such as Uber may have limited availability in this area — check in advance.

Yes. ATARASHI's Official VIP Transportation Partner is LHUB, operating with a fleet of Land Rover Defender vehicles. VIP transportation is available exclusively to VIP ticket holders and invited guests — details will be communicated directly to eligible guests.

The ATARASHI VIP experience includes:

Your VIP wristband, issued at entry, is your access pass to the VIP area. Security staff will be positioned at the VIP entrance. Please keep your wristband visible at all times.

Yes. Backstage tickets are available for purchase via TicketSMS. Backstage access is strictly limited — secure your ticket early. Press and industry accreditation requests should be directed to [email protected].

Artist meet-and-greet opportunities are not guaranteed. All artist interaction is subject to artist agreement and schedule. ATARASHI cannot facilitate or promise access to performers.

No. The VIP and Backstage areas are strictly reserved for holders of the corresponding ticket. Every person must hold a valid ticket — access cannot be shared or transferred inside the venue.

Yes. All food and drink purchases are made through Slesh only. There is no cash accepted anywhere inside the festival. Please ensure your Slesh account is topped up before you arrive.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the festival. All food and drink needs are fully catered by our official partners. Water stations will be available throughout the venue.

Yes. Free water refill points are available throughout the festival. Bringing an empty reusable bottle is encouraged — it's better for the environment and keeps you hydrated throughout the day.

Alcohol is available for purchase at all festival bars via Slesh. You must be 18 or older to purchase and consume alcohol at ATARASHI, and ID may be requested at the bar. Alcohol will not be served to anyone showing signs of excessive intoxication. ATARASHI promotes responsible drinking.

Messina city centre is the most convenient base, with direct access to the ATM shuttles to Torre Faro. The coastal areas of Ganzirri and Torre Faro are the closest to Arena Capo Peloro. Book well in advance — August is peak season in Sicily and availability disappears fast.

No. ATARASHI Goes to Sicily is a single-day event with no on-site camping.

Accessible toilet facilities are available throughout the festival site. Their location will be clearly marked on the festival map available on our official Instagram @atarashi.festival.

All guests, including personal assistants and carers, must hold a valid ticket to enter. If you need assistance with tickets, please write to [email protected] before purchasing.

Lockers are not available at ATARASHI Goes to Sicily. We recommend travelling light and keeping valuables secure at all times.

Small backpacks are permitted and will be searched by security at entry. Large bags and suitcases are not permitted. To keep queues moving, we recommend bringing only what you need. Please refer to the Festival rules section for the full list of prohibited items.

Report any theft immediately to our security team or the nearest festival staff member. You should also file a report with the local authorities (Carabinieri or Polizia di Stato) — our team can assist you with directions and support.

Yes. A qualified medical team is present on-site throughout the entire duration of the event, and the medical station is clearly marked on the festival map. If you or someone near you requires urgent assistance, alert the nearest security or festival staff member immediately — they are trained to respond quickly.

Alert the nearest ATARASHI staff member or security guard immediately. Do not leave the person alone. Our team will ensure the fastest possible response. In the case of a life-threatening emergency, Italian emergency services can be reached by calling 118 (medical emergency) or 112 (all emergencies).

If you feel unwell, please find the nearest ATARASHI staff member or security guard immediately. The medical station is staffed throughout the entire event and equipped to handle everything from dehydration and heat-related illness to more serious conditions. August in Sicily can be very warm — stay hydrated, take breaks from dancing, and use the water refill points.

Safety is the absolute priority at ATARASHI. The event operates with professional security staff throughout the venue, a dedicated medical team, and a zero-tolerance policy towards violence and harassment. If you ever feel unsafe, approach any member of our staff immediately. ATARASHI is a space where everyone should feel welcome, respected and free to enjoy the music.

ATARASHI Goes to Sicily operates with a professional security team, a formally approved public safety plan and full coordination with local emergency services, including the 118 medical service. All security operations comply with Italian public event regulations.

ATARASHI events are built around community — coming on your own is common and welcome. If at any point you feel uncomfortable, approach the nearest ATARASHI staff or security member.

The following items are strictly prohibited inside ATARASHI Goes to Sicily:

• Weapons of any kind
• Outside alcohol or beverages
• Glass containers of any kind
• Illegal substances
• Cameras and professional photography or recording equipment
• Drones or UAV equipment
• Fireworks, flares or smoke canisters
• Laser pointers
• Large bags or suitcases

Cameras and professional photography equipment are not permitted inside the festival. Personal smartphone photography for non-commercial use is allowed. Drones are strictly prohibited. For press accreditation, write to [email protected].

Short personal video clips for non-commercial social media use are generally permitted, provided you do not obstruct other guests. Extended recording of performances is not permitted without prior authorisation from ATARASHI. Artist recording may be subject to additional restrictions — please respect any signage at the stage.

ATARASHI operates a zero-tolerance policy towards the sale of illegal substances. Possession of illegal substances may result in immediate removal from the event and referral to law enforcement. If you are struggling or feel unwell, please approach our medical team or any staff member — our absolute priority is your safety, not your choices.

Any guest who is violent, abusive, or poses a risk to the safety or enjoyment of others will be removed from the event immediately by our security team. Tickets will be forfeit without refund. ATARASHI operates a zero-tolerance policy towards harassment, discrimination and violence in all forms.

ATARASHI is committed to creating a safe and inclusive environment for everyone. Harassment, discrimination or abusive behaviour of any kind — on the basis of gender, race, sexuality, religion or any other characteristic — will not be tolerated. Anyone found to be engaging in such behaviour will be removed immediately. If you experience or witness any form of harassment, please report it immediately to the nearest staff member.

Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. It is strictly prohibited near food stands, medical stations and crowded zones.

Yes. Limited-edition ATARASHI merchandise will be available at the venue, payable with your cashless wristband.

ATARASHI, 5RAP SAS and all affiliated parties, staff and security personnel decline any and all responsibility for theft, loss or damage to personal belongings inside the festival grounds. Guests attend at their own risk and are solely responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings at all times. The organisation also declines any responsibility for injury, damage or harm resulting from guests attempting to enter the venue without a valid ticket, bypassing security controls, jumping barriers, or otherwise acting in violation of event regulations and safety rules. Purchasing a ticket and entering the festival constitutes full acceptance of these conditions.

August in Sicily is warm, sunny and reliably dry. Average temperatures at Torre Faro in early August are between 26°C and 32°C during the day, dropping to a pleasant 24°C in the evening. You are very unlikely to encounter rain, but the Strait of Messina can occasionally produce a light sea breeze — which is a welcome relief on a warm August night.

Light summer clothing is perfect. Comfortable shoes are essential — you'll be standing and dancing for several hours. We recommend:

• Lightweight, breathable clothing
• Comfortable footwear — leave the heels at the hotel
• A light layer for later in the evening
• Sunscreen if you're arriving before sunset
• A reusable bottle to top up at our refill stations

There is no dress code.

ATARASHI is a rain-or-shine event. In the unlikely event of extreme weather, we will communicate directly with all ticket holders via our official channels and WhatsApp community. In all other cases, the show goes on. We recommend checking the forecast before you leave home and bringing a lightweight waterproof layer just in case.

Yes. Shaded areas are available within the festival site. Full details are visible on the festival map on our official Instagram @atarashi.festival.

Report any lost item immediately to the nearest ATARASHI staff member or security guard — they will log it and do their best to assist you. After the event, contact us at [email protected] with a detailed description of your lost item.

Lost items are retained for 30 days following the event. After this period, unclaimed items will be donated to charity or disposed of responsibly. We strongly recommend keeping your valuables secure throughout the event.

Report your lost phone to the Lost & Found station as soon as possible. If your phone was found and handed in, it will be kept securely. After the event, contact [email protected]. We recommend activating Find My iPhone or Google Find My Device before you arrive at the festival.

ATARASHI is committed to staging a responsible event that respects the exceptional natural environment of the Strait of Messina. Our sustainability commitments for this edition include:

• No glass — all drinks are served in eco-friendly cups; glass containers are strictly prohibited inside the festival
• Raccolta differenziata — separate waste collection and recycling stations located throughout the venue
• Cashless payments to reduce paper and waste
• Free water refill stations to encourage the use of reusable bottles

We will publish a full sustainability report after the event.

Yes, and we encourage it. Reusable empty bottles can be refilled free of charge at our water stations throughout the venue. This is one of the simplest and most effective ways to reduce waste at the event.

Clearly labelled recycling and waste stations are available throughout the venue. Please use them. Do not leave any items on the ground. ATARASHI respects the local environment and community — please help us keep it that way.
